The Soundbone Concert Series features some of Newfoundland and Labrador’s top musicians in short video performances.  The series reflects the diverse musical landscape of the Province, from folk to pop to classical. The concerts premiere bi-weekly at noon on Soundbone’s YouTube channel, starting August 8. 

The Dandelion Few is the collaborative work of artists Tiffanie George (NL) & Seán Bradley (IRL) whose gentle modern folk music has been described as both beautiful and dark with touches of the recent past. They write music reflecting themes such as the ocean, gin-soaked barrooms, haunted mansions and almost everything in between.

Tenor Matthew Cooper and pianist David Chafe perform three vocal masterworks by Gabriel Fauré, Franz Schubert and Benjamin Britten.

Rachel Cousins is an award-winning singer/songwriter from St. John’s, NL.  She sings three of her original compositions – Aftermath,  Arrow of Love and The Best of Us.

Recorded at Wesley United Church in St John’s, the concert highlights Cousins’ evocative singing style and accomplished songwriting skills.
